loss of your account. The price is as agreed upon by Lift and drivers. Passenger comfort is the company’s priority, and the driver is required to deliver what we promise on our service package. Thus, the driver must comply to the driver customer policies. You will be rated by passengers based on the service you deliver, and the company will reward or punish you based on the customer service record.
